Werent we supposed to be recieving ballots for Agenda for Change from the RCN last week, I thought they were coming out on the 5th.
Does anyone feel that they have enough information to make a definite decision yet?
I still havent got my head around how the new unsocial hours payments will work or how my role as an RNMH will be evaluated or if any of my ''non clinical'' roles will be taken into account.....
Really I havent got a grip on it at all so who knows what I'll do with my vote
The scary thing is I seem to be the only one at work who knows about or cares about AfC, the first some of our nurses knew about it was when they recieved the info from the RCN last week

No ballot papers yet, but then the Govt hasn't issued the rest of the 400 job evaluations eg. for CPN's
Unsocial hours is easy, you get 30% now, 60% Sun& bank holidays, with a4c you get 25% max, depending how many UH's on average you work in the 13 weeks before the relevant pay period. Not forgetting that the actual hours specified as unsocial are different. Or something!
