If they didn't say anything to you at St Lukes then don't worry.

I would think that St. Luke's would have had informed you if you had a health problem. The fact that they did not tell you anything, why worry?

My husband and I just finished our medical exam in st. lukes. We both received our individual xray and the immunization records but I was the only one given with a sealed enveloped with a note as : "DO NOT OPEN TO BE OPENED ONLY BY THE UNITED STATES CONSULAR OFFICER AT THE TIME OF THE INTERVIEW".
We're wondering why my husband was not given this kind of envelope. Is this the normal procedure (only the principal applicant should receive the sealed envelope fr. st lukes)?

did you ever ask them why your hubby didn't get the envelope? maybe he have a problem, maybe late lang, you can never really sure, that's why you have to ask them..unless na lang if they put the same x-ray result in one envelope..call st. lukes. it's not gonna hurt if you ask them..communication is the key..do that before the interview day comes..goodluck!

Question:
Do they really tell the applicants if they have the problem? I thought they will just tell the embassy? then the embassy will be the one to inform the applicants why they failed the medical exam??

If they found something wrong with your husband they should have done further test or they should have told you. In my case, my daughter was having a cold during the exam and we have to extend an extra few hours because the doctor did some extra lab works on her.
Don't worry.

Hi everyone!
I read the concerns of others who are worried about their medical exams...I'm just curios, is the medical exam a full Physical Exam? Like there are procedures that you need to take off your clothes and expose somesensitive parts?
Also, I know someone who has a hemorrhoids. She hasn't gone to any hospital to have a check up. She'sasking me if that would be a problem and could possibly prevent her from working abroad?
Anyone knows the answer? Please help! Thanks!

your friend shouldn't have any problems with hemorrhoids
