hi! im just new here and im glad i found this kind of access to my fellow nurses. I recently took the board exam here in the philippines, i wanted to pursue my dreams of becoming an ambulance nurse, what do you think should i do in order for me to become one. What are the processes i should take, trainings, experiences i need to go into?

If you just took your boards, I would say you need some more experience and/or training before you work on the ambulance. Nurses can work for ambulance services, both ground and air, however most want you to have either an emt-basic or emt-intermediate as well. To be a flight nurse you would probably want 3 years of er or icu experience. When you are on the ambulance, there is no doctor to look to for orders. It's you, your partner, and the patient. Good luck pursuing your dream.
