Input on Kaplan Scores & NCLEX PLZ!

Hi guys, my test is on Wednesday in NYC and I was wondering if anyone had similar scores and passed the 1st try? I'm feeling pretty crappy right now - just finished QT #7. One minute I feel ready, the next I feel awful! Agh! I feel like what I'm reviewing is helping me somewhat - but, still during the QT's there's a lot of stuff I don't recognize.

My ATI scores on the assessment's are usually from the mid-60's to upper 70's, just took the comprehensive and got an 80% and I'm going to take the ATI Predictor tomorrow.

It doesn't help that all of my friends have been getting like 30-40-50 SATA's and Ordering Procedure questions.

Diagnostic: 64

Readiness: 67 (In the Live Classroom course we took it 4 days after the Diagnostic).

QT 1: 56

QT 2: 65

QT 3: 51

QT 4: 62

QT 5: 64

QT 6: 68

QT 7: 65

Any input would be greatly appreciated!!! Having a panic attack over here. x 100.

Kaplan said to aim for 60 then ull surely 99.9999% pass. I'm sure u know that ur scores look really good. It doesn't suprise me if you pass. Good luck and be confident.

Omg, really? I really hope so...I'm not too thrilled with my scores.

The anxiety is killing me, as I'm sure it did everyone else. But.. ahh... Were your scores similar and you passed the NCLEX buspar?

Ok my Kaplan scores were averaging around the 60s range.

I did about 600 of the qbank questions read the Kaplan ebook.

I was so scared! I even was going to reschedule my Nclex but it was past the 24 hour notice

We'll I took the test Friday August 22nd. Got my results yesterday that I passed!!!!

Ok so just my opinion but I kinda thought the Kaplan qbank questions were harder then the Nclex questions I'm not saying the Nclex was easy but I do believe that Kaplan prepared me for it.

Did you get a lot of SATA and ordering procedures? My friends who have passed say to review my weaknesses the day before but that's like everything! My other friends say go to the beach... but I cannot, Lol.

I actually didn't get too many SATA I got 86 questions and maybe only got like 4. Oh my gosh I know what you mean I had a lot of weaknesses too but Kaplan said it's actually a myth that if the Nclex sees your weak it throw out more of those questions.

I took kaplan live as well and my scores were similar to yours..the more i did the better my score got. Unfortunately i cant tell you if its helpful because i dont get my results until tomorrow. Im praying that my score on kaplan reflects how i did on the nclex considering i only had 90 something questions. I was freaking out bc i didn't get the good pop up and then i heard that the trick was changed and the pop up comes up after you enter you CC info. Im not a big gambler so i cant take the chance with $200. Im sure youll do fine. GOOD LUCK! !

I heard! Like way to go universe, all these years people have been doing it, and days before you and I test - they change the PVT, lol.

What did you do the day before the exam? Debating whether I should keep reviewing or just work on bringing down anxiety.

Thank you! I definitely will keep you posted.. I just read over all my notes/rationales that i wrote from all the kaplan questions. .i did the whole qbank and the 4 sample test..hope this helps.my plan was just to relax and do nothing but i couldn't. .lol

You will do Great!! Your ATI scores are just like mine were. I finished the exit ATI with 83% and passed the NCLEX in 75 questions. You should be getting excited and ready to celebrate!!
