How do you know the person responding on here is a nurse? You have "tried" doing phone interviews? Define "tried". You may need to "try" harder. Go to the hospital. Contact a unit in the hospital and ask to speak with the head nurse and see if you can schedule a time to meet with someone. Also make sure if you are handing out written questions you are using spell check. Good luck.

That first block of questions is getting into some pretty personal information. Many posters come here because of the possibility for some anonymity. Answering those questions negates that.

I'm with the PP- contact local facilities. Set up a meeting. You really need to do some footwork- the interviewee won't come to you.
