Has anyone attended this school? I live in Illinois, but I am hoping to get into this program. I applied in Dec, and I had to finish 2 classes before they would consider my application. Now when I receive my final grades, I have to send them my transcripts and then they will review my application. I have an aunt that attended this school and she was able to find a good job after. I would like to hear some more input from others though. I have no experience whatsoever in the medical field so this is all new to me. I like how their program is shorter than going to a regular college, but it also worries me that you only graduate with a diploma. It seems like a good program though.

When I worked there many years ago, the School of Nursing was excellent. They used to have the students work the floors and get experience in taking care of patients. The student nurses were trained very well. It is a good school.:nurse:

I attend there now and so far, it's been great. It took me a year to get in after I applied, so dont give up.

Graduated there about 5 years ago. Passed boards on first try with 75 questions. Got a job and hit the floor running. I thought I recieved excellent training. I would recommend it to anyone willing to work hard. It's fast paced, but, can be done easily if you are dedicated.

I returned to school at 48 and attended Lutheran School of Nursing. I graduated Nov, 2005. The school is excellent and I too passed my state boards on the 1st attempt with 75 questions.
The instructors are ALWAYS there for you after class or even in the evenings if you are needing help. Go for it!
