You need to contact the Board of Nursing in the state you live in. Every state evaluates nursing education differently. After the state qualifies your education you will be allowed to sit for the NCLEX exam. Once you pass the NCLEX you will be issued a license to practice.

You will have to take a course to work as CNA, since you are in school they should be able to help you, find a course.

Doesn't matter where you are from, the process for a foreign trained nurse is the same. Each BON will have their own requirements so you have to look at the state you want to work. Links to nursing boards for the states can be found at the bottom of the page. If the state requires a English exam you will have to get one done.
Look at your state nursing board for all the information you need and if still having problems then post your question.
We have a great NCLEX forum under the student tab where you will find much about sitting the exam and what sort of resources work for whom
