This website is better than any book I have read. Easy access, accurate and to the point.

I printed some of them, shrunk them and then had them laminated so i could attach them to my badge for quick and easy reference. It was so well like in the ICU/CCU that I made a bunch for people and made some nice cash by doing it.

Are you looking for a book that has titration tables themselves? One thing you may need to keep in mind when looking for something is that your facility may have different concentrations than those in the tables you are looking at. That being said, Kathy White's Fast Facts for adult critical care has some great stuff. Here's a link on Amazon for another favorite I have: http://www.amazon.com/Quick-Reference-Critical-Nancy-Diepenbrock/dp/0781777143 To be honest, I downloaded some programs onto my iPhone and I'm using them more than tables. I can do the calcs myself pretty quickly.
Thank you those charts are indeed awsome,I'm printing it out for future reference
