There must be a simple rule: "Those who drink beer must not force those who drink Coke to drink beer; and those who drink Coke must not force those who drink beer to drink Coke"
If you want to re-take NLE, go ahead! No one will ever stop you! But you must not force others to re-take too!

but yeah, a retake is a must. -
Beware of posters who pretend to have passed the latest NLE exam and are clamoring for a retake. Most of those who failed want a retake and those who passed, don't want a retake.
The only legal precedent in retake is one of the Bar exam when a portion of the exams were "compromised". But the ruling only required retaking of the contested items, not the whole exam.

I agree with retake. I passed the exam as well with hard labor so, if the the title RN is really meant for me.. i will have it again. :trout:

dude, in his defense he is not forcing anybody. he is just simply airing his points and concerns.

to those who posted on this thread... i do respect everything you have posted here... i alsp agree with the retake... i have passed the recent board... n i believe i would pass again in case... it felt bad because of the leakage issue almost all of the passers and examinees are branded of "cheaters" although there are those who didn't...
if re-take would make us more competent/ safe nurses... den i'll take it more than a hundred times if needed... :)

NO WAY! I toiled and labored for that dreaded exam without any leakage and you came, prance around and easily preach to tell me to REPEAT it? Hell! Only fools will take that advise. If you want to retake it, go ahead... and no one will keep you from doing that.
Yeah, it is true! I can smell sour grapes in this thread. If you did not pass, well, may be you did not do your best. But please, I beg you, get that fox personality out of your system. This is the reason why nursing practice in the Philippines is killing the profession itself. Had it not been for those ***** BON who spilled the leakage, my license could have been untainted. I hate them for that.
As long as I am pretty sure that I took the exam earnestly, honestly and with integrity... I WILL NEVER HAVE RETAKE AS AN OPTION!
