I need a better study plan. I thought I had the test and was glad that it shut off at 85. I was very confident that I pass.
Any suggestions, please help. Thanks!

Well.....first thing I'd suggest would be to take a look at the CPR; it'll tell you in what areas you were close to passing, where you weren't close at all. Failing at 85 questions means you were far enough below the passing standard to not be considered a viable candidate that day, and the computer shut off. Feeling confident you passed tells me that you are focusing very incorrectly on rationales, and how you arrive at answers. MOST of the time, it's the understanding of basic nursing content that trips people up when they fail early in the game; they never get to the higher level questions that demonstrate a candidate's ability to apply that knowledge in "out of the box" situations. You would seem to need help in getting a grasp on the foundations.
It'd also be time to change your UserID: you cannot use "nurse" as a title on this website until it is earned, and you are licensed. Sorry...that's the rule.
So, take a look at that CPR, and see where you can go from there.
