Illinois 2016 rules for retaking NCLEX-RN

Curious to what the rules and regulations are to Illinois' laws are. I have been told that in Illinois I must pass within 3 tries (& within 3 years of the first registered test) or I have to redo nursing school? Is that right? Do you know who I can call or contact about this? Thanks so much. Really need answers. Please and thanks.
