Please i am an international applicant .i just passed my nclex rn for texas bon and i want to endorse my licence to illinois. I don have SSN yet. Please what do i do and how long am i going to wait to get it done. Thank yoy

I did and filled an affidavit form but no response from them. I called but couldnt get any good response. They kept on saying i should wait till i hear from them. I just wanted to ask if anyone has gone through the process before. Thanks

37. If you are applying for licensure via Endorsement you must submit license certifications from your state of original licensure and current licensure.

You may do this by uploading either:

A License Certification (CT) Form Completed in the State of Licensure OR

A CT Form can be access Here

A State Agency or State Board's Official Certification
