Illinois licensure requirements

hello suzanne please give me advice

I have to submit a fingerprints card for Illinois when I apply for RN licensure

what is this

where I can take it from?there is a sheet of vendors of the documents but from my country or from the state I have to submit it

Do not do anything with the fingerprint cards or anything else until you have the CES completed by CGFNS and you are sure that your credentials meet their requirements.

Illinois does not want to receive anything from you until they have the CES report or you are notified that it is being sent to them and meets the requirements for the US.

The ifngerprint cards are from the state of Illinois, they will not accept any others. You can have them filled out by the police dept in your country or you can contact the US Embasy there to see where they recommend.
