Is $25 the average starting pay in chicago suburbs for a new grad RN position working in a nursing home? It seems a little low? Can I negotiate? Any info would be appreciated, thanks! 0 Likes
bloodspatters Has 4 years experience. 7 Posts Jun 13, 2013 It is 28 for new graduates in our area. That is the max that I know even if you negotiate.I have read lower rates on different areas in the forums though. Hospitals give you lower rates typically based on my experience. 0 Likes
