PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!THANK YOU ALLNURSES.COM! I have read some of the thread and post here, and i know there is a step-by-step guide, but it is still different to hear it to someone who experienced the step-by-step process. I'm in Chicago right now without any friends or family. I applied to CGFNS 3 months ago, all my documents was complete but still not processed, i already called them but the rep. told me to wait for 2 weeks to update my account. Now my question is, Can I start the application to CTS while waiting for the CGFNS report? or I have to wait? I have a lot of questions in mind. I hope someone here from CHICAGO/ILLINOIS that was RN here now will comment or help me. Any comment will be greatly appreciated. I apologize if there's a wrong grammar here.
