I have a MO license but want to obtain my license in IL. The packet that I found states one of the requirements is working in the clinical setting for at least two years first. Is this true? Please say it isn't so! I don't want to have to stay at my current job for two years before being able to apply for a license in IL. (I'm a new grad; just obtained my license last year.) Any new nurses out there have a license in another state and then obtain one in IL via endorsement? 0 Likes

Excelsior is one example.Otherwise, there is no experience requirementhttp://www.idfpr.com/Renewals/Apply/Forms/RN-EN.pdf 0 Likes
