So I recently got here to the US from the Phils, I passed the NCLEX for CA waaay, way back in 2006 (in HK). I only have an NCLEX pass letter and not a license yet, for I am still waiting for my SSN now.
We are now facilitating my IL license.. and the LAST thing that IL BON/IDFPR needs is a certification from CA BON that I did pass the NCLEX there. When my employer and I traced our files, they sent it last MARCH 2020 (and it’s now December). I told and showed/mailed the IL BON the said email in full.. and I keep getting a “I will refer you to a senior agent, expect a call within 24-72hrs”. I got this for 3x already.
IF ever the IL did lose the letter, to my dismay, how can I facilitate the “CA NCLEX PASSED Certification” so that IL would have it?

You may need to request that from the California BRN.
This was resolved already.. To my relief. Yup.. at the CA BON, there’s an option that you can pay a fee ($60) if I am not mistaken, and they will send your CA NCLEX RN “Passed” certification to the BON that you applied for.. electronically, by email. After a week I got an email from IL BON that has my IL RN License. :) this happened on Dec.24 in the morning, so it was a MERRY CHRISTMAS indeed! Heheh Now I will just apply for transfer/endorsement to TX BON, so I can already start working asap. Thank God!
Awww. Congratulations then! Indeed, it was such a merry gift for you. Wish you all the best on your nursing career. God bless you!
