Hi, I was thinking about getting my ADN from EC but I have a question. If you pay the enrollment fee but changed your mind down the road about being in the ADN program, are you still obligated to pay the annual fee? Does EC need
something in writing?? Thanks.

If you decide to discontinue the program you have to tell them in writing with a letter including your name, signature, and student ID number that you wish to discontinue.
Excelsior college seems like a good program but I'm still on the fence about joining and want to know what my options are if things change in the future. Reading the posts here has given me alot of great information and resources. Thank you.
Please know that you can do general eds and two nursing exams even if you are not enrolled. I advise not enrolling until you have done all of the above as it saves you money and you are able to get a feel for the program without investing your enrollment fee. You only pay yearly fees if you take more than a year. It is feasible to do the other 5 courses and the fcca leaving you waiting for the cpne within the first year of enrollment. Keep reading and researching until you feel comfortable with your decision and feel free to ask questions.
I'll definitely do some more research before I make a final decision.
Thanks MsPC for your help. :)
