Hi,

is there anyone can share their experience about taking IELTS or CELBAN?

I have been taking IELTS for 3 times, but I always have one part 0.5 short.

Any suggestion for CELBAN? I have heard that there is a school in Richmond BC called OMNI COLLEGE, anyone ever study there for CELBAN course?
