Ideas of pay per visit for Home Health Nurses in Bay Area California

Hello Guys,

I will just A's my interview in a home health agency here in Dublin CA. And I don't have any idea how the pay rate is, they will discuss it to me next week and I would like your help on this, kindly give me an idea base on your experience, do they pay you per visit or per hour? Is it a flat rate per visit? thank you guys for your reply !
