ICU-New Grads.../Tuition?

Hey everyone-

Does anyone know, (or at least point me in the right direction) on where these hospitals are that hire new RN grads into the units? Or/and hospital(s) that offer tuition for grad school, or reimbursement? I would really appreciate a lead on this... Thanks!!!

Every hospital in Cleveland OH hires new grads. Several of them offer up to 10K for tuition reimbursement (for undergrad).

Harrisburg, PA (pinnaclehealth.org) , Hershey PA (Hershey Medical Center) are both offering 15K for 3 years in the ICU... lots of choices. Also, Sentara Health in Virginia Beach is offering 15K. In Philadelphia Graduate Hospital (Tenet Healthcare) is offering 20K for all of their ICUs. I'm looking myself for an internship after graduation.
