I am a new BSN grad, and I am scheduled to take my NCLEX next week. I worked in the ICU as a co-op nursing student and a PCA on the floor during my last year of nursing school. I did not apply for an RN position, but I was contacted to set up an interview on the floor where I did my co-op. I am extremely nervous about it, and I feel even more pressured that I know a lot of the people who will interview me. It is my dream job, and I am terrified that I will choke. Any advice on how to stay calm and be as prepared as possible?
