im about to join the delayed entry program and wish to go in as a navy corpsman will someone please give me some info on what o expect,say,and do to make sure my wants are fulfilled

What exactly are you asking? I was considering becoming an HM and have done some research so maybe I can help you.

I just got out of the Navy last year. When you go to MEPS, make sure they do not try and talk you into a more need based "rating". It does happen. As long as you scored good on your ASVAB, and stick to your guns, you will have no problem getting what you want. They may have you wait a month or two, depending on how full the classes are, before entering Active Duty, but that is all.
