I want to move to Texas

As the title says and I was reading the Texas board of nursing site and it states if a persons has convictions that are expunged that they can legally put "No" to that question on the nursing application, is this true?

If it's on the TBON website, then yes it is true. The BON will decide if they want more information like proof of your expungment from the authority that expunged it. You will receive a letter from them asking for more information if they want to look further into it.
