Hi! if I pass the board exam what can you suggest to me? I finished my degree internationally and I don't have hospital experience except for my hospital duties when I was still a student. If I find a work in the hospital I want to be confident with my skills. I want to refresh, i want to learn or maybe what training should I get?

You don't give enough information for us to be able to answer that question. Have you graduated from an accredited school of nursing somewhere and are deemed eligible to write the NCLEX? You need to contact the Board of Nursing in the state you hope to work in and ask what their requirements are.
If you have no trouble passing the NCLEX, then you can apply for whatever nursing position you think you might be qualified for. If you're worried about lack of experience, then you need to find a job that hires new grads and ideally supports them with a solid orientation.
Good luck.
Hi! I'm about to take my examination for NCLEX this year but I'm just worried that if I pass and find a job in a hospital, I don't have any experience and because I am not confident enough of my skills. I want to expand my knowledge and learn as many as I can. So what kind of training/certificate should I get?or what can you recommend?

You are not expected to have experience when applying for a new graduate position. Focus on passing NCLEX, then go from there.
