where do you go to school? you need to get with an adviser for helping you with your current language barriers. many schools have workshops or classes or even tutors. Look into it because you will not be able to improve your English through messages like these. Best of luck to you.

Many community colleges have great ESL programs, which would be necessary in order to succeed in nursing school. I assume that's your desired path? Focus on getting your English up to par before you start in on nursing stuff.

This won't be of much immediate help to you but the best thing to do is to submerge yourself in English-speaking environments if you can. Also, browsing forums like this one will also help you get used to the language and help you learn some of our slang so you understand what we mean by certain things. Also, instead of having your browser auto-translate words for you, try and read without it and look individual words up yourself. Unless you used a translator, you already have a very strong basis of the language so I don't think you'll have any difficulty.
