I know how you feel, mine shut off at 75 too but according to NCSBN, " the number of items answered is not an indication of a specific pass or fail result. It does indicate how close your ability was to the passing standard, but it could have been either above or below it. A candidate with a short examination may pass or fail just as a candidate with a long examination may pass or fail".
Majority of people here did seem to pass at 75, so let's be positive about it.
Have a look at some threads here .... they do inspire and make you feel a lot better.
Good luck to you!

Oh yeah! that's a good sign!
To be very honest with you, 98% of people I have know or have heard of shutting off at 75 all passed. The odds are in your favor! Feel relieved after working so hard..Let us know the good news pls...

I'd say it looks very good for you :)
Personally, I'm praying for 75 questions and NO "select all that apply" questions :( Those kill me....
Go relax now!

I took the NCLEX 6/28 and got to the 75 question and silently begged for just a few more questions b/c I knew I could do better. Instead, I got the blue screen and wanted to cry. I called my husband and cried since I was quite positive that I failed. I found it very difficult to eat or sleep. Everyone kept telling me that I passed, but I thought the test was really tough and felt like I totally bombed it. I have honestly heard more positive than negative feedback regarding the computer shutting off after 75 questions.
On 6/30, I sat at the computer punching in my credit card info. with shaking, sweating hands and found out that I did pass. So, keep your chin up. This website definitely helped me to feel a little better! Good luck, I'm sure you did fine.

Congrats!!! I'm in the same boat as you. My NCLEX shut off at 75 questions and while I'm trying to be positive, I'm so incredibly nervous.....
