I took NCLEX RN yesterday at 265 items! Am I gonna pass?

I took the NCLEX RN yesterday and i answered all of the 265 items.. now I am nervous for my result tom.. i have now an anxiety.. how would you know if you pass the exam?.. do you have friends or classmates who also had a situation like mine but pass the nclex?..
