Published

I plan on taking my nclex-pn exam again, since I failed the first try. I am worried out of my mind I took a month off from work so I can study there so much is relying on this exam. My new school is demanding for my license and job promotion is also relying on it. I worked so hard to finish the program I can't afford to through it all away. Please some body help I need hints, strong hints on what review book is highly recommended I just bought the saunders comprehensive is that a good 1?. What topics does this nclex covers again I know its mental health, prioritizing, labor and delivery and what else. Somebody any body HELP!!.

Hi,i just took my test today and just had a " good pop up" so crossed fingers i pass!!!but i feel you, believe me.it took me like almost a year to take this NCLEX PN.which is i tried it since i cant pass my RN yet..but more inspired taking it i just want to prove something for myself.but anyways.i used RA GAPUZ ABC of NCLEX this is an international book, been reading it off and on then i use Saunders a lil, then hurst review,LA charity but when i got closer to my testing date i focused on Lippincott NCLEX PN 9th edition my goal a day is atleast 1 and half topic a day.i get better studies during my off days which is only sat-sunday.yes i am working at perdiem but working like full time.but anyways yeah i read sometimes not depends on my mood really.and then eat brain foods.heheheh i started eating brain food since my co worker advise that its good to eat peanuts, fish night before test and morning i had egg, banana and spinach and lil milk.

I got mostly reinforce questions, who do you see first, prioritization,SATA,arranged in order i got how to clean wound,i got pics, you name it i got this client has pelvic inflammatory disease how would you position client for pelvic drainage.and i get to choose pictures, also got tons of DM,major depression, status epilepticus, peptic ulcer, isolation, cocaine.lol i got questions like everything is correct.i just keep on praying.before during and after and also pray st.joseph of cupertino and of course believe in your self and God will do the rest :yeah:;)

I always wanted to know where can I get a sample of a select all that apply type of question because I am weak at that any ideas?

Where are you from because I live in NYC

I also wanted to ask was the prioritizing section was on disease ? like which patient's disease would you tend to first?.

Its not MD,its DM diabetes mellitus...focus on that believe me that is very common...about prioritization its like who do you see first like patients whose on post op...whose the most critical.and also i got alot of pre op in one hour what will you do in an hour....i think all of us are weak when it comes to SATA.lippincott has a lot of SATA.its hard questions too its like RN questions..i also have app on my phone nclex-rn which is lippincott too...i live here in CA.let me know if u need help
