Directions: Add 6mL of sterile water to provide two doses of 3.7 mL each.

I guess if you were making a solution of 6 mL h2o and 2g drug it would be .5g/mL solution, if that helps...?

The order is for Cefizox 1 g, and we have a 2 g vial of Cefizox on hand to which we are going to add 6 mL sterile water (2 g Cefizox/6 mL SW).

1 g x 6 mL/2 g = 3 mL.
