I am a student at Chamberlain College of Nursing Atlant, who transferred from Gwinnett Technical College. This is my first semester, and already, there have been SEVERAL--and I do mean several issues that Ive been faced with... From the terribly unprofessional instructors, the faulty online tests, ignoring of emails from faculty, and lack of scholarly structure! Chamberlain employees has proven themself to be incapable of functioning in a professional and effective manner, as a learning institution. This school had ignored my e-mails, regarding my lack of clinical compliance. I faxed my immunization doc and all other paperwork to the Clinical Compliance Coor., whom will NOT respond to email, unless you express indignity, and she waited two months to explain to me that I was not compliant. The straw that broke the camels back, was when they dropped me from my future session courses. I will be leaving this institution, and returning to GTC. Those who wish to attend Chamberlain, please understand that the staff is GHETTO, incompetent, and clearly unprofessional. Do not be wooed by the 'quickness' of the program; this institution is successfully the most evasive and inconsistent.

I'm sorry it's not going well for you. I'm in my last year and I haven't had any issues like this. If you don't mind me asking, how far are you in the program?

Sorry you are having a bad time with Chamberlain. I am in Chamberlain online for my MSN. I have been very impressed with this school!. From applying , to being admitted, to my classes and professors, I only have good things to say! They have been wonderful, and they have answered my phone calls every single time I have called. I can only say I have had a very positive experience with this school!

I had no problem talking to our clinical coordinator, she actually emailed me back within the hour on a few occasions. All of my teachers have been wonderful, professional and knowledgeable.

Sounds like it's just your campus. I'm in Phoenix and have experienced nothing even remotely close to what you are describing.
This was the first semester. I have heard fellow students mildly complain of such issues, but all decided stay at the Atlana campus. I feel I am being charged far too much money to experience these ongoing problems. I hope that your journey is all that you would like for it to be :)

I attend the Las Vegas campus, and I love it! Have no complaints. It's not easy, but it's worth it.

Already went through this and I left too! I opted for the RT program at another school and literally never had any of the issues that I had while at Chamberlain. Their school is a big flop. Glad I'm not the only person who left for the same reasons

I hope to see you around campus. I'm a nursing student at GTC and you will love the program. It will have its kinks but that will be in every program. Keep your spirits up. Pm me if you need help on who to talk to at the campus. We will be awesome nurses!
