I have a "Nolle Proccess" charge on my background . . .

Published

Hi everyone,

I am a full time student in a community college at the moment. I submitted a application into the LPN and I am waiting to get my bios findished which will be here in the fall. I am working endlessly on my background to have something expunged! But you usually have to wait a certain time. So I am asking if anyone else has went through this to get into programs and the clinical part ? What did you have to do ? Did you get accepted ? Was it hard to get in ? This is my dream to become a Lpn to RN ! :)

It will be helpful to others if you post your state. BONs vary a bit.

Sorry forgot to say I am in Maryland, btw !

Thank you for reminding me. I am in Maryland .

We can't give legal advice here. Look up the local TAANA chapter for a nurse atty who could.

It's not the board of nursing who will expunge whatever. Research and call and find out if you can expunge it. Then just do it.
