I passed NCLEX with 76 question in 2 hours, no math questions, and 5 SATA .
November 2015 was the worst day of my life. I failed Nclex. I didn't know what do, I didn't know how to act. I became depressed. I stayed at home all day just watching TV and I couldn't get out of the slump I was in. I just felt like I wasted 2 years of nursing school to just fail NCLEX. February I attempted to get out of my slump by attending ReMar review, it was half the price of the all the other reviews I've seen online. I still couldn't manage to get out of the slump. I was studying on and off and I mentally I just gave up.
One day I just woke up and I told myself I was not going to let this one failure define who I am. I started to study. I purchased Uworld for two months. After 4 weeks I purchased Kaplan, because by then I read half the Saunders book and I was scared because I knew it was that time to turn in my re-examination application. I had mix feeling about the whole situation. In the state of Florida, it takes 30 days for them to approve your application when you re-apply.
July 06, 2016, I finally got my ATT letter and my heart jut jumped. This is my second chance to prove to myself and my family that I am not a failure. Of course when I applied for NCLex, this is the time all health care professionals are sitting for their state board the next avaible day was June 21 or July 25. I knew if I waited till July 25 I was going to crazy. I put my big girls pants on and went on study mode.
How I studied, I used every resource possible. My main resource was my Saunders book and Uworld. UWORLD worked miracles. The level of difficulty to the color on the screen was exactly like NCLEX. I felt like I was taking a Qbank rather than an actual exam. I know they said not to study the day before the test but I broke that rule. I pulled out my ReMar Quick facts book, which I got a majority of my Nclex questions from. If your on a tight budget, I would recommend Quick facts by ReMar review and UWorld. 99% of my test was from these sources. I only saw three questions I did not know about.
The wait for my result was brutal. I got the easiest questions wrong. Only if you knew the questions you would be they passed you and you got your license. I'm pretty sure I killed my patient at least twice. I went crazy re-thinking every question. July 22nd at 5p I saw those 4 letters P-A-S-S. I screamed.
I read a post after I took my test that I believe is true. You can get half your questions wrong, but you just have to prove to the people who made NCLEX that you are a competent nurse. I did 76 questions in 2 hours. The best part is, I only had 4-5 SATA. It true Nclex is not trying to trick you to fail. They try to help you to pass. If you feel like you got tricked then you didn't study enough. Good luck to all those people who are taking NCLEX for the second time and for the first.

What was your overall percentage on Uworld ?
I think it was 62%.
I repeated and read the rationales at least 3 times before I took my state boards.
Thanks ! Congrats btw .. I'm freaking out lol. I test in 2 weeks ... Doing Uworld and saunders... My scores are depressing but I'm going to review rationales like what you suggested . Was remar that good ?
The ReMar quick facts book, Yes! I got some questions from that book on my Nclex. It had all the medications I needed to review. So it made it easier for me to decide what meds to study from the Saunders medication section. Luckily I only got two cardio meds.
Your best resource is Uworld and Saunders. NCLEX wants you to pass and I figured that out after taking the test. I suck at SATA and the computer could tell and I got a majority of multiple choice.
Good Luck
Ok . Thanks so much for the response and feedback
