I Passed But....

I feel so paranoid right now because I availed the quick result of pearsonvue. I took the exam last August 6 and New Mexico is my BRN.. The problem is my name is not yet on their website? I'm a bit scared now because it's been 5 days already since I took the exam and my name is not yet there... Is this normal for New Mexico BRN? My quick result was availabled after 2 days of my exam date....

you passed..do not worry..pearson is reliable of course. your bon may take time to update their site..i do not avail of the quick result but i saw my name after 6 days.. :yeah::ancong!:

mine took 10 days after my exam date to appear on the new mexico bon site.

I'm not familiar with your state..but in MN I passed- and had my license in hand before I showed up on the website. Don't worry.

NM BON will issue you your license. If pearsonvue says you passed then you passed. Hang in there and congrats. Plus with retrogression you have a lot of time so sit back and enjoy

Thank you so much but I cant totally celebrate right now because my name is not yet there, though had some relief after reading your comments but I'm still scared... I hope my name appear sooner on NM website...

hey gianphilippines congrats!i have a question for you.i took my nclex same date as yours in manila,i still dont have my results.how did you avail of the quick results of pearsonvue.?i applied for california and i know that they dont have quick results.really scared right now.:cry:

The results from Pearson-Vue are unofficial since they do not issue a license.

The entire reason that it is called the Quick Result is so one may find out if they passed before their state issues the actual license.

You can go ahead and celebrate, there is no reason to wait until you see a license issued for you. And you are going to be one of the lucky ones, not that many states are issuing licenses any longer without the SSN#, so the only way that they can find out is with the Quick Results from Pearson-Vue.

Only about 27 states use that.

Takes about 4 weeks or just over to get results from California, they will not issue you a license without a SSN hence why you will not see name on their website
