If something goes pear-shaped at work, whether you full or part-time will have no relevance. You are fully responsible for your professional practice when you are at work, regardless of how often or infrequently that may be.Best wishes!

I would strongly recommend it to any nurse. Our employers don't "have our backs" anymore...everything comes down to the bottom dollar.
