I need some reassurance..

Hello everyone,

I am having some difficulties deciding what to do with my life. I am currently about to begin my third term at West Coast University and am starting to really doubt my decision to go into nursing. I just am not sure if I have a passion for it. I am also very afraid to start my clinicals because I am very intimidated easily. I am quite scared to be honest! Has anyone gone through something like this and might have some advice??

Until you start clinicals, you really haven't experienced nursing, and everybody is nervous starting out. For sure you need lots of motivation to make it through a program and I can't tell you how to get it or where to find it. But if it's just nerves and normal second guessing, usually some positive experiences and small successes can go a long way to helping.
