I just bought saunders comprehensive 4th ed. Today. This is what i did, i answered the practice questions first and then read the content and answer the practice questions again...
I really want to pass this nclex. I took kaplan before and am doing the saunders this time the 4th ed. Hope this will help me.
Any advice pls and i do appreciate it a lot.
Thank you so much and good luck to all of us...

Practise questions is the key, use the CD practise and make sure you understand what it is asking. Read the rationale it will either confirm what you know or point you in the right direction. Do not use too many different study sources as too much can confuse.
Thank you so much Silverdragon and I appreciate it. This time I will only use the SAunders4th ed. and its corresponding CD. Pls pray for me.
I am sure with determination you can make it. I passed on third attempt and used Saunders the last time I also used learningext and just practised questions
You can do it, think positively

I think half the battle is finding a resource that is suited to your study needs. I tried 2 other books before I found Saunders and by far felt Saunders was the best. Next you need to set yourself protected study time, DO NOT spend several hours studying I did 2 hours when I was working and 4 hours on the days I wasn't and no more than that. Too many hours or too many books can lead to overload which isn't what the brain wants.
I think you are right Silverdragon. Before I studied Kaplan and I went to the center from 11am till 9pm M-Thu and Friday 9am-5pm.
This time I will only use Saunders 4th ed and I will only study 4hrs during the week. Read the rationale in each question.
Hopefully I will make it this time with God's blessings.

Make sure you go over the rationales for all the answers, right and wrong. There is a lot of material in those rationales. Good luck.
