I need copy of my moh certificate

Can anyone in Abha Saudi Arabia help me please? I worked in Abha, KSA from August 2015 - December 2017. Before leaving, I did not know that I need to obtain documents apart from my COE. I am already here in United Arab Emirates and processing my HAAD Licensure Exam, but I was denied due to my missing MOH Certificate. I tried sending authorization letter to my colleagues in Saudi but they cannot obtain it. The service desk personnel said that my file is maybe deleted from the system, but my Prometrics license is still valid until November 2018.

I already have my Good Standing. It is only the Saudi MOH certificate that I need so I can proceed with my HAAD Licensure exam.

I know this is my mistake that I did not ask before leaving Saudi, but please...please help me. What can I do?
