I just took NCLEX and not sure what this means...

I just took my NCLEX yesterday and have been really anxious about getting results. I am going to be practicing in Texas and submitted my application on their site. For the to-do list the one thing that wasn't checked off was my NCLEX and now it is put in the "completed" section on my application. Does this mean I passed? or is that automatic whenever you take the exam regardless of the results. I couldn't find any information online about this so I figured I would ask.
