75 questions. Some priority and delegation... lots of diet and pharm. I can honestly say I only feel confidant in about 3 answers! I took it in a blur. I can't decide if I want to cry or throw up.

The only way to know is when you get the results. Everyone feels upset at the end of the exam
Good luck

I recently took the NCLEX and understand your feelings right now. I left thinking my life was over in a matter of 80 questions. I wasn't willing to bet I answered any correctly, except a couple. Also, not one class member from my graduating class reported anything different. Even reading these boards, I don't remember one person posting...I took the test and feel good.
My advice...the test is over and just wait for your results (a massage might be a nice distraction!). If you passed wahoo, and if not take time to regroup and try again. I wish you success and good luck, let us know the outcome. You will join the ranks of RNs!!

I feel the same! I took my NCLEX-VN last Friday. It was tough. I know I am a smart student, but that test made me feel really dumb. The test shut off at 85 questions and it makes me sick to even think about how I did. I really wasn't 100% on many of the answers that I chose. It was a very hard test. I feel so stressed now. I studied and not a thing I studied was on that test! I'm so nervous about my results. Pray for me please!
I'm going crazy!

I was in the same boat: 75 questions and out. I can't remember being that surprised in a very long time. Here's an old trick that works: count up the number of questions that you can remember distinctly. Those are the ones you got wrong. I think you'll be surprised that you don't remember a lot of them. Also, keep in mind that 75 question test has ten test questions (more or less) that don't count. And you're not expected to get all of what's left right.
Relax and enjoy. The magic computer box made up its mind quickly, and I think it really liked you.
