I took my TEAS test and I failed it by a few points. The university I attend ask for a 71% and I got a 66%. I studied for the longest time and yet I still failed. I have been asking around and a lot of individuals have passed it without even studying. I might be in some what of a depression. I don't feel as motivated to do anything at all anymore as I once did.

Don't give up! can you retake it? I know some schools will only consider your first score, and if that's true for your school then maybe you should look at others. Now that you have taken it you know what to expect and where you are having difficulties. Just try and study more. Buy some self teach books and watch some youtube videos. I haven't taken it yet but my pretest scores are depressing. I am not going to let it get me down. DON'T GIVE UP!

I was a CNA and HUC at a hospital. and worked with several nurses who didn't pass the first time they took their TEAS. And they were young nurses. Test anxiety is probably the biggest reason most people do not do well. Buy the ATI book and practice exams and take the online tests as many times as it takes. Nursing is a life long learning career, and if you really want to be a nurse you have to put your heart and soul into passing the TEAS. You can do it , you just have to keep trying!!!. We're all in the same boat, and I finished my first college degree 27 yrs ago, and am finishing my pre reqs and studying for my TEAS. Look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself you CAN and WILL do this, and say it every day. Good luck and keep us posted.
