Hurst/Kaplan/ testing plan!

Published

Im testing August 30! I just don't know if I know content. I did Kaplan qbank 75% finished and have 52% overall average. I just did the diagnostic test for NCSBN and I got a 59. Hi I am new to this forum! I have been on it for so long and finally decided to make an account! Can someone give me their opinion on my Study schedule. I have Kaplan, Hurst, and NCSBN, the PDA book, Kaplan Strategy book, Saunders 5th Edition, Nclex 4000.

Aug 7 & 8--> Do Kaplan Medication Lecture Online and Study the Meds

Aug 9 till Aug 18--> Do a chapter from Saunders for example, renal, cardiac, psych a day along with the HURST video so Aug 9th would be read the oncology chapter from the saunders book and then watch the Hurst video and then do 150 q from NCSBN. then from August 19-August 25 do 200 questions a day from Kaplan Qbank I can finish it that week.

I don't know.... I would stick to one or the other. Don't overwhelm yourself with so many books!! I passed today with 75 questions, I only used Kaplan...I did about 150 q's a day, trainers 1-7 and remediated everything. Studied the rationales... Good luck!!

Lol! I know ahh :( WHat were your kaplan scores like if you dont mind me asking :)

what does remediated everything mean? like you re did your qbank? WHat were your scores before you remidiated?
