Yep, another dissapointing week...

I called this morning to ask how they were going to notify us if we are chosen and basically I was told that they don't know. What's the purpose of calling if they can never give us information. I'll wait 15 more days and hope for the best.Any updates?:typing

I was given the standard answer, that no later than September 30th, awardees will be notified and all others will get the email in October. I would like to know sooner but I am not looking for any update until around Sept.26th or so b/c last year that is when awardees were posting that they go the letter on the forum here. Also, the link is not disabled, so once the modify your information link is diabled we should have a clue that decisions have been made. :up:So I will stay positive and keep studying hard. I am really starting to have issues due to the waiting game that I have been playing for the last few months!!! :banghead: I really hope I get this thing...this is my first year applying and this would help me tremendously. :up: I think we are coming down to those last few weeks of waiting and hopefully we will have that wonderful certified letter coming soon!!!!! :yeah:

Hey, I'm waiting tooto hear results as well about this scholarship. Has anyone heard anything now??? I feel like the date just keeps getting pushed back again and again.

I called HRSA today, and spoke with a gentlemen who indicated that he believes that they will again wait til the 30th to send out letters. He also indicated that nobody had received their letters. So looks like another week...

Does anyone know HRSA's definition of "financially needy"?

Anyone who has an EFC of 0 is the normal criteria....at least that is what I was told when I initially applied.

I got the scholarship!!!! It came today by regular mail. I could not believe it! I followed this link from the start but was afraid to comment due to the statistical factors of who would get it and who would not. If you are wondering I am from Tn. full time in a private college, accelerated working on my BSN. I wish all of you the best and hope you receive notification soon.

Just wondering... Did you get the curriculm button?? and If so did it go away today or yesterday?? Just wondering. I had the button but now its gone. I already entered the curriculm. I am also at a private college getting my BSN.
