I can't seem to find a thread on the latest round of Nurse Corps Applications, So I'll start. My initial point is more of me venting, but guess I'll ask - Should I even continue with my application? The new cycle and FAFSA wants us to use 2017 tax info, but in 2017, I was preparing for school and was employed full-time. Now that I'm collecting pennies and in dire need of assistance, it looks like my EFC is almost 8000. I can rarely work in reality. I'm really disheartened and confused as to why the FAFSA is set up like that.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Hi Everyone,
I’m new to posting but I’ve been following along here and there.
I’m wondering... Is there anyone like me out there that’s received NO correspondence whatsoever? My status has never changed from “under review”. I’m applying as a Accelerated direct entry NP student if that makes a difference...
Also, how does one check if their app was “signed”?
Thank you in advance

Hey,
No change as of yet for me. My final semester of my Accelerated BSN program begins next week. Without the scholarship I cannot go to school next semester and therefore will be delayed in graduation. I’d have to sit the semester out...good luck!

No changes for me as well. No email, no credit check....Nothing. Still under review. I am In the accelerated BSN RN waiting to hear from this scholarship. I could not go back this semester and start clinicals.
