2025 HRSA Nurse Corps Scholarships

This is for anyone interested/applying for HRSA Scholarship.

Have you been accepted? Still in the application process? Just started the Scholarship application?

Apply to the Nurse Corps Scholarship Program

You are eligible if you:

  • Are a U.S. citizen (born or naturalized), a national, or a lawful permanent resident
  • Are an accepted or enrolled student in a nursing degree program at a United States accredited school of nursing
  • Begin classes no later than September 30
  • Don't have any federal judgment liens
  • Don't have an existing service commitment
  • Aren't overdue on a federal debt

Note: Preference to those who need the most help financially.

Why should you apply?

If you receive an award, you'll get a monthly stipend—and they'll pay your

  • tuition;
  • eligible fees;
  • reasonable costs (includes books, clinical supplies/instruments, and uniforms).

That's so nerve wrecking. My status just turned green today but then again I just received the COI email Friday.

Yea, we probably won't see anything until next week.

Yea around August 15th people around the last week of August probably would come before us.

Congratulations to everyone! 

Do you think it's safe to say if I haven't received a credit check and my application still says "submitted" in green that I will likely not be considered?

Specializes in In my senior yr of my BSN Program at piedmont.

No because I never got a credit check last year or this year ans I just got my COI !!?hang in there ???

Just checked the email and got the scholarship at 1:00 pm good luck to those still waiting.
