I havent seen a thread yet on this year's nurse corps application cycle & my anxiety has made me start one. I'm finishing up my application and should be done with it by today. I know its extremely competitive so honestly I dont think I'll get it but its worth a try! Who else has applied/is applying?

I'm sure that's fine. I have to do that too. When I applied I even had to do it with some forms and it wasn't a problem.

I think the HRSA fills that portion out and fills in that information. They need one filled out because every part of the scholarship is taxed. If it's for our employers and we weren't employed right now, then we wouldn't fill it out and they wouldn't get the information to tax us. I could be wrong but that's how I interpreted it and that's what it has said on past forums. If you give them a call though please share with us so we're sure! Goodluck!

That’s so good to know thank you! So since I am only claiming the standard deductions, I’m basically just filled out the top portion with my name and social, signing it, and sending it on.
Opinions please!! When is it appropriate to start bugging my coordinator about filling out the fall verification form? I emailed him the link Thursday (my deadline is this Thursday the 23rd and I told him that). He said the link didn't work, so then I emailed the PDF and got no response. Yesterday I emailed him and let him know that he doesn't have to worry about the school seal and that I'd like it by Wednesday...still no response. It's due Thursday but I want to get everything in tomorrow. Like should I throw out a "Can you confirm you received the form...".

That's what I was going to do. I'm still waiting for my school to send me the form (see lengthy opinion comment below LOL)

When I called yesterday then said to skip the section about your income (she said it was something like skip boxes 8, 9, 10).

I called them today to ask them about my mistake they said that once I receive the scholarship I can edit my w4 if needed but right now it’s not a huge deal
