Greetings to all
I am June 2006 NLE boardpasser. Due to the tainted image of the batch, I also took the Test 3 and 5 retake . Fortunately, I passed it as well.
But even after passing it, I found myself having difficulty getting a hospital nurse position here in the Philippines.
That's why I decided to take my chance in other country and I am fortunate enough to be hired as a staff nurse in one of the big hospital in Saudi.
As of now, I am contemplating of taking the next step in fulfilling my dream. My goal to be a USRN. No applications yet because I am still a bit hesistant if the US BON will entertain my application. Would it still be possible?
Feel free share your thoughts and questions. I know I am not the only one having this longing to be in US.

How's life you say? AWESOME! ;-)
I failed the June 2006 NLE, which I am SO proud of. And passed the December exams. I got a job as a Nurse trainee the next year, was absorbed after a few months, became a regular staff and recently landed in the US ( a month ago) with an employer waiting for me.
So far so good. :-)

Took and passed the June 2006 exam. Never even bothered for a retake. Test 5 was even my lowest.
So far so good. Been to 3 countries in the last 9 years since becoming an RN.
