I write this topic because I have an intention to study LPN, but I am not sure if Metro Tech is a right place for me. According to some members of this website, metro tech is a good school but how good is it? How does the professor help student? Unfortunately, the only I made a research on allnurse is only one word about this school, "good". According to a friend I know, professors of Metro Tech don't give an lecture to student, students read a textbook if they have questions, they will ask professors.

I need your true experience about this school.

I graduated from the LPN program at MetroTech in 2014 and went on to OCCC LPN-RN program, from which I just graduated last month. I personally feel MetroTech prepared us very well for the Nclex and for RN school. I believe it is one of the best LPN programs. Of our class of 24, all of us passed the Nclex on the first try. BTW, we were the Day PN class, not the 1+1.
