How soon do you arrive at office

As providers how soon before you first Patient do you arrive at the office

I often get in 30 min or earlier before I am starting to see pt's. Finish paperwork, check labs the staff has sent me. Maybe followup on a pt I am worried about. Yes, I am able to bill the clinic for this time.

I get in about 15-20 minutes on average. If I know my schedule looks insane and there is a lot of labs/paperwork/patient calls I know I have to do... I may go in a little earlier than that. Kind of depends on the day. I am always early and like to get myself "together" and ready for the day but not everyone is like that.
