How to search RN job in canada?

Hi all,

I am currently studying masters in gerontology at USA, I just passed NCLEX -RN, However I could not find RN job in USA so I am willing to work in Canada, I need your big help how would I do credential in canada board nursing? Is the exam is harder than NCLEX? What are the process to work in Canada as a Registered Nurse?

Please I am really in need of your big help and advise.

You should read the stickies at the top of the Canadian Forum and read some of the many threads already started about this subject.Basically you need to contact the college of nurses in the province in which you want to work and they will tell you how to apply.

The overall job market for RNs isn't much better in Canada. Especially a new grad and someone from out of the country. Most managers I know would hire a local and Canadian citizen before a foreigner.
